Scheduling

We recommend you schedule your next service prior to leaving Charles Scott to ensure the best appointment time that works for your schedule.

Appointments

Please plan to arrive 15-20 minutes before your scheduled service to allow for check-in and service preparation. If arriving late for your appointment as a courtesy to the next guest, your service will have to end on time, regardless of the start time. Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. The full service price may be applied.

Cancellations

The staff of Charles Scott earns their wages by reserving time for our clients, and we make every effort to schedule enough time for each individual’s needs. In order to keep this schedule policy working for all our clients, any cancellation received less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 80% of the full service price. No shows will be charged 100% of the full service price. A major credit card or gift card is necessary to reserve time for multi-service and group appointments.

Staff Selection/Changes

If you feel you would be more comfortable or better served by another staff member – or if you’d just like to get a fresh point of view – please let us know.

Credit Cards

We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are not refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash or gratuities. Gift cards expire two (2) years from the purchase date.

For your protection

We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles including clothing or accessories. Please keep all valuables with you during your appointment. On spa days, please leave your jewelry at home - one less thing to think about! We also ask that you change into the smock provided for protection of your clothing.

Cell Phones

In order to maintain the tranquility of your surroundings, cell phones must be turned off during your spa visit.

Children

The Spa is an adult only area. In consideration for other clients, children are not permitted in the spa area. When in the salon area, please keep children with you at all times for their safety.

Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information at our website from those we actually know are under the age of 13, and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under 13 to provide information to us.
